What is Sunday Studio?
Sunday Studio is KBDA’s new weekend programme, created in response to parent feedback and our dancers’ growing ambitions. It’s not “just more classes” - it’s a fresh way to experience dance and theatre training: flexible, focused, and fun.

-
Flexible - Workshops are self-contained. You can come for one or join several, with no ongoing commitment.
-
Focused - Perfect for exam preparation, extra practice, or working towards graded syllabi (Ballet, Tap, Modern, Greek, Musical Theatre, Contemporary, ATAP and more).
-
Fun - Recreational tasters and creative workshops for students who want to try something new - from Acro to Street Dance.
Why Choose Sunday Studio?
-
Meets families where they are - busy schedules, selective budgets, growing ambitions.
-
Builds confidence and skill, whether for exams or pure enjoyment.
-
Inspires with guest teachers and specialist intensives.
-
Every workshop is unique and self-contained.
Who is it for?
-
Recreational dancers - fun tasters, new styles, one-off creative sessions.
-
Focused learners - exam boosters and guided study workshops.
-
Advanced students - intensive training to accelerate progress

Sunday Studio is designed to open doors
It gives every dancer - from those exploring dance for the first time to those preparing for professional-level exams - the chance to learn, create, and grow beyond the weekly timetable. Our mission is to provide flexible, high-quality workshops that support exam preparation, fuel creativity, and give dancers and families the freedom to choose the training that works for them. Whether it’s a one-off recreational class, a focused exam workshop, or an elite intensive, Sunday Studio exists to make dance more accessible, exciting, and adaptable to modern life.
